Both trees are up in the Ladies Locker room.
Please take tags and sign them out in the books.
Bring back on General meeting Dec. 6th between 8AM and 2PM

Results from Ladies Meeting Day November 1st
We just had our first General Meeting in November. Linda and I had ordered lunch assuming that November might be cold
and wet, however that was not the case! So 20 of us enjoyed a "Step aside Scramble" (results below) and 4 ladies
who didn't play golf came to lunch.
We had a splendid lunch of Endive/Pear Salad, Baked Potatoes (huge Yukon gold) with all the fixings with Chili and Pumpkin
Pie for dessert! It was a sumptuous feast!!! Next time you're having a meal at the Club please give kudos to Chef Chewy,
Rafael (F & B Manager) for all their help, and Ann who is now doing all the flower decorations for the club as well as
our table decorations they all did a magnificent job!

The Play Day game for November 8th will be "Criss/Cross".
I just wanted to remind ladies that we do have pins to award for "Holes in One", "Broke 100", "Broke
90" & "Broke 80" (in my wildest dreams!)
It is very hard to keep tabs on our ladies scores, so if you should have one of these scores or a "Hole in One"
on a Ladies Play Day (Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday) please let me know, so I can award you with a pin.

Major Tournament of 2018 will be “The Net Challenge”on Dec. 4th & 6th. This
is lots of fun for all as it is your Net Score. Please come out & enjoy the
fun & you might just win. It is a great way to finish 2018. We will have a
great lunch following the tournament. Don’t miss out.

At our December meeting, I will give you The Players Rules of Golf, 2019. USGA is recommending this book instead of the
official Rule Book. It is designed to be carried and to be more convenient to use with diagrams and a simpler format.
If you want the official Rules of Golf - 2019, you can order it from USGApublications.com at a cost of $4.00 each with
a membership. It is $5.00 without a membership. I will have the official Rules of Golf if you want to look at it.
