The name of the organization is The Ladies' Golf Club of Marbella,
herinafter designated as the "Ladies' Club."
The purpose of the Ladies' Club is to promote fellowship, friendly
competition, sociability, and good sportsmanship associated with the game of golf and to conduct the game in accordance with
the rules of the United States Golf Association and the regulations of the Women's Southern California Golf Association.
The Ladies' Club does not contemplate pecuniary gain or profit to the
members thereof and is organized for nonprofit purposes.
